BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The role:
Responsible for creating new business opportunities, focusing on field prospecting activities in Germany, primarily in Baden-Württemberg
Through territorial mapping activities, identify potential client companies and conduct commercial visits with the aim of finalizing the acquisition adopting a sales consultancy approach
Autonomously manage a client portfolio of transport sector companies, following specific criteria provided by the company
Participate in online commercial meetings with the Italian team and prepare reports to monitor the progress of the developed portfolio
Report directly to the Head of Sales

Required knowledge and skills:
Previous experience of at least 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in business services
Professional proficiency in both English and German

Excellent level of operational and management autonomy
Ability to organize information collected in a CRM
