They have developed a B2B marketplace for used buses, with a mission to digitize the buying and selling of these vehicles by providing easy and quick access to online auctions. SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
NORDRHEIN - WESTFALEN
The role:
- Responsible for creating new business opportunities, focusing on field prospecting activities in Germany, primarily in Nordrhein-Westfalen
- Through territorial mapping activities, identify potential client companies and conduct commercial visits with the aim of finalizing the acquisition adopting a sales consultancy approach
- Autonomously manage a client portfolio of transport sector companies, following specific criteria provided by the company
- Participate in online commercial meetings with the Italian team and prepare reports to monitor the progress of the developed portfolio
- Report directly to the Head of Sales

Required knowledge and skills:
- Previous experience of at least 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in business services
- Professional proficiency in both German and English
- Solid knowledge of commercial dynamics
- Experience working with KPIs and sales targets, with a strong results-oriented mindset
- Excellent level of operational and management autonomy
- Ability to organize information collected in a CRM
