They have developed a B2B marketplace for used buses, with a mission to digitize the buying and selling of these vehicles by providing easy and quick access to online auctions. The team, currently at 45 professionals, is rapidly expanding, fostering a corporate culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and the development of individual talent. SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

NORDRHEIN - WESTFALEN

The role:

  • Responsible for creating new business opportunities, focusing on field prospecting activities in Germany, primarily in Nordrhein-Westfalen
  • Through territorial mapping activities, identify potential client companies and conduct commercial visits with the aim of finalizing the acquisition adopting a sales consultancy approach
  • Autonomously manage a client portfolio of transport sector companies, following specific criteria provided by the company
  • Participate in online commercial meetings with the Italian team and prepare reports to monitor the progress of the developed portfolio
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Previous experience of at least 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in business services
  • Professional proficiency in both German and English
  • Solid knowledge of commercial dynamics
  • Experience working with KPIs and sales targets, with a strong results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent level of operational and management autonomy
  • Ability to organize information collected in a CRM
