We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to enrich our team with new skills, values and energy to face great challenges and projects. We target middle and top management, our customers are local SMEs and wineries throughout Italy.
Your Role:
You will be the leader of your recruiting projects. This means taking care of every phase of the research and selection process, from actively listening to recognizing and satisfying the client’s needs to co-design, always caring about and nurturing good relationships with both candidates and companies.
Who we are looking for:
An experienced recruiting Project Manager able of taking care of complex projects, skilled in understanding the client's needs and offering consistent and long-lasting solutions, cooperative and attentive to people. You will be asked to arrange face-to-face meetings at the client's premises during visits or presentations of candidates. You will use English at a professional level when dealing in presence and online with international projects. You are comfortable using digital tools, social media and social recruiting tools and platforms.
