For a retail Italian company of accessories, founded in 2009 and now present in the international market with a design, fashion and trendy product we are looking for a STORE MANAGER for the Store inside the DESIGNER OUTLET OF ROERMOND - Holland.
The role includes:
- manage the sale of the product;
- organize and coordinate the Sales Team;
- ensuring a high standard of Customer Service,
- optimize the Store's economic performance;
- guarantee quality and level of the corporate image;
- supervise the weekly assortment of the product;
- collaborate with the central office for the development of the collection assortment.
We are looking for a smart and dynamic talent with a strong passion for fashion. The ideal candidate has an experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position. He/she has a high school diploma or degree, he/she is result orientated and has an analytical and reflective mindset.
The Store manager will be placed with an adequate contract alligned to the experience possessed, an internal training plan is also offered in a perspective of a growth with potential career plans.
